Return Policy

Return or exchange of an item

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their Original Condition within 14 days of receipt.  You must return the item(s) to us, along with the return form enclosed with your purchase, in order to receive a refund or exchange. 

"Original Condition" means the following:

1. Include all tags and packaging.
2. Item may not have been used for any purpose other than trying it on.
3. Item may not be damaged or have any indications of wear that could prevent the item from being re-sold.
4. DO NOT place a label on the outside of the shoe box and send a shoe box back to us, please use packaging or we will consider your return a damaged item.

We will issue a refund within 30 days of receipt, or exchange the item for a different size/color if preferred (subject to availability). Please note the following:

1. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.  For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
2. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
3. The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our warehouse, unless sent via special delivery. Please allow 30 days for your refund or exchange to be processed.
4. Please complete the return form included with your shipment and send the form with item being returned to:

Faulty Item/Wrong Item

If the item you received is faulty or not what you originally ordered, you have 30 days from receipt of the item to return it to us.  Please contact customer care at:  +31 23 5318536 or email returns@macbethshop.com to assist you.  Please be prepared to provide the following information: 

1. Order number.
2. Your name and address.
3. Details of the product and the reason for return.
4. Whether you require a refund or a replacement.

We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. Once we receive the item and approve the return/defect, we will credit the account you appointed in the return form within 30 days.

If returning the item because of damaged goods, or if the return is due to a mistake made by Macbeth (www.macbethshop.com), we will refund the cost of the item as well as the cost for returning it. Any exchange of items is subject to product availability.
