Return or exchange of an item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their Original Condition within 14 days of receipt. You must return the item(s) to us, along with the return form enclosed with your purchase, in order to receive a refund or exchange.

Faulty Item/Wrong Item
If the item you received is faulty or not what you originally ordered, you have 30 days from receipt of the item to return it to us. Please contact customer care at: +31 23 5318536 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to assist you. Please be prepared to provide the following information:
1. Order number.
2. Your name and address.
3. Details of the product and the reason for return.
4. Whether you require a refund or a replacement.
We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. Once we receive the item and approve the return/defect, we will credit the account you appointed in the return form within 30 days.
If returning the item because of damaged goods, or if the return is due to a mistake made by Macbeth (www.macbethshop.com), we will refund the cost of the item as well as the cost for returning it. Any exchange of items is subject to product availability.
